Hi RebellionNT1,
The error is not related to the proxy cache file / the plugin. If you would turn off the External Script Proxy you will see the url to the script that is inserted. The script proxy simply replaces the url and nothing else.
The error is discussed in other topics in the WordPress support forums. Perhaps it offers a clue:

Hi PageSpeed.pro,
I’ve been trying things, if I turn off the plugin Above The Fold Optimization, the amp error disappears.
I see that the problem is that when validating the pages of AMP the following line shown and I think this is where the problem by disabling the plugin because this line is not shown:
<script src=”https://mysite.es/wp-content/uploads/abovethefold/proxy/55/f3/77/10/6a/55f377106a92f507b7eab36818760610.js” async></script>
In the plugin Above The Fold Optimization I am using the option Proxy External Styles, this enabled, this option I use it to solve the problem with the ga.js file google and this option is important for me because it makes me have more punctuation in google page speed.
Is there any way to make the script will not load in AMP pages?
How should you configure the option Proxy External Styles?
Best Regards.
Hi RebellionNT1,
I will investigate the issue for the release of the next version that will contain more Javascript Optimization features and improved performance.

Hi cwfaraday,
The plugin checks for the method is_amp_endpoint() and should be disabled for AMP pages in AMP-WP.
Can you confirm that the plugin is active on AMP pages?
