Error «Too many column separator»

Dear support

I actually got the ELITE version, but for some reason I can’t open a ticket because it always says “Sorry, support team members cannot submit tickets from here. If you need to open a ticket, please go to your admin panel or click here to open a new ticket.”

Anyways, I tried to set up my first Google Shopping feed but I just can’t get it work. When I setup the link in the Google Merchant Center I get the error «Too many column separators» (on all 619 products) and «Invalid or missing required attribute: id» (on 58 out of 619 products).

I’ve seen a topic with someone having the same problem and got it fixed by deleting and reinstalling the plugin, which didn’t work for me.

For some reason I also can’t provide a debug.log, if I do so I get a critical error:
