    Hi, an issue has started where when launching the module (in Display Mode: Pop Up) I get the below error message. The content does play after dismissing the message, but results are not recorded.

    Error – unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support.

    Press ‘OK’ to view debug information to send to technical support.

    The debug window doesn’t show anything. I have tried using SCORM 2004 and 1.2, I have tested on SCORM Cloud, I have also tried these modules on another website and they work fine there. When displaying in iframe or lightbox mode, the content doesn’t display at all. Any ideas on when could be causing this?

    I’ve noticed that the module opens in a new ‘Unsecured’ window, whereas the website is on ‘https’. Is this causing a cross domain issue?

    SOLVED – Just in case anyone else has the same issue:

    My hosting provider looked into this and it appeared to be related to a wp-config setting that specified the site URL as http, and not https. This I believe was causing the cross domain issue. They removed the line and ran a search and replace to update the existing uploaded modules to https. All working fine now.
