Error, Unable to complete backup

    Hi everyone,

    I currently have an issue with BackWPup where it error’s out during the compression, it then transfers part of the zip to the dropbox.
    Here is the error message ERROR: PclZip archive add error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
    I have 200.49MB to backup and have 350MBs of free space is this the issue?

    Hello Juddy,

    can you try to switch the archive format to a tar format.
    If there messages about inactivity in the log?

    No there is no mention of inactivity, interestingly this is just before all the errors start.

    Changing it to Tar, the job completed without errors but did not transfer it to dropbox even though it appears to in the logs.
    Would sending the logs to you help?
