Hello, I’m having problems with jetpack, whenever I activate the plugin it displays the error: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.

I’ve tested several hypotheses of cause, all of which are in this link, my .htaccess file is by default, and wp-config.php seems ok.

I’ve also disabled the plugins, reinstalled jetpack and used jetpack-addons-add-jp-rm-options to clean up, and it still didn’t work 🙁

In wordpress dashboard, when clicking configure jetpack button, it displays: An error has occurred. Try again.

My site is running on a homemade server made from an old notebook, with this same server, i had another site where the jetpack worked normally with the same plugins, after a while, I changed the inernet plan, the site is online for visitors, but I can’t figure out the problem, can anyone help me?

    Thanks!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @natcorsi

Right now I’m getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to visit your site.

Usually when we see an Unable to insert blog error it’s because Jetpak isn’t sure where the WordPress installation is located on your server.

    As this support page shows:

The “Site Address (URL)” setting is the address you want people to type in their browser to reach your WordPress blog.

The “WordPress Address (URL)” setting is the address where your WordPress core files reside.

Can you check these settings, or let us know what they are? We may need to update settings on our end as well.
