Error “Unauthorized” when generating label

    I’ve set up the plugin in sandbox mode with my DHL developer account credentials.
    When clicking the “Generate Label” Button I get the error “Unauthorized”.

    @jarahner hi!

    This might be connected with your DHL account.
    Could you please contact DHL support and provide them with your EKP number, so they can check whether everything is fine on their side!

    @jarahner there is also one trick you can try!

    Please double-check that you are using your username and not your email!
