Error Updating Checkout Fields

I build out some pretty hefty checkout fields to customized my checkout flow and it works great! Now I want to make a simple up to the copy and when i hit the save button I get this error: “Flexible Checkout Fields: security check error. Fields not saved!”
I’ve tried clearing all cooking and cache and using a different browser, all get same results.
