Error uploading a theme

    hi there, i was trying to upload the avada theme to abasic strato account. but there is always a internal server error. the server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and as unable to complete your request. what does this mean and how can i solve this problem?

    Hi chriswoodhouse,

    That may be an issue best addressed by your web host. I guess that “basic strato account” was the web hosting package that you bought for hosting your WordPress site.

    While the Avada theme is a massive file, you should still be able to upload it to your site via the WordPress dashboard. I suggest opening a support ticket with your web host.
