When a user uploads a file to a ticket, they get redirected to a wordpress critical error message and upon checking, the ticket still gets submitted but without the file they were trying to upload.

Hi @lestercvincent,

First, let’s check that there is no conflict with a theme or plugin. Try to switch to a default WP theme and deactivate your plugins one by one until (if) the issue disappears. If this continues, please share us the error messages thrown.

Thanks for your response. I did what you suggested and it’s still the same error.
this is the error:
