    Hello!
I have added the option to upload files, but when a user fills in the form and uploads a file, they can’t finish the purchase because they get an error message saying that the file upload field is required.

That is, the error message always appears, even when the customer uploads the file.

    How can I solve this?
    Thanks!

Hi mate, could you update to version 7.0.3 and check if the issue persists?

    Regards.

    Hello!

I have upgraded to version 7.0.3, but I still have the problem.
If I mark file upload as a required field, the alert appears even when the user does upload the file.
And if I mark file upload as not required, the user can upload files and continue with the purchase, but the file does not appear in our control panel.

In other words, I get errors whether I set it as a required field, or whether I set it as a non-required field.

    PHP version: 8.1.10

    How can I solve this?
    Thank you!

I just upgraded to version 7.0.4, but I still get the same error.

Please help me to fix it, because we need users to be able to upload their ID to be able to shop on the site.

    Thanks!

@tarantinobcn Hello mate, we are afraid to tell you that we cannot reproduce the issue on localhost, could you update to version 7.0.8 and check if the issue persists?

    Regards.
