Error URL Steam

    Hello,

    I’m constating an error with URL of Steam.
    This URL actually in your plugin is http://steamcommunity.com/id/[:username].
    Because this URL leads to a error 404.

    This new URL is http://streamcommunity.com/profiles/[:id].
    [:id] corresponds is in a profile.

    Can you correct in a next version please ? Thank you.
