    Hi @twolle,

    this looks like some incompatibility problem with our honeypot feature and your theme or a plugin. If you can post your active theme and plugins I can check why this happens.

    Hi @twolle,

    the markup on your page looks fine, so our plugin is working correctly. And there is no error message in our plugin that is “User response is missing”.

    So I did a quick search and found the Google Captcha is using this error message, so I think this plugin “Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft” from your list is the culprit.

    It looks like there should be a ReCaptcha but it is not displayed because of an JS error (“grecaptcha is not defined” is showing up in the error console of my browser). Maybe some resources are not correctly loaded.
