Error using PayPal Express

    When clicking the paypal button to pay, some users but not all, get the following error message on a white screen. I have not been able to find clear indication of what the problem is, is it a stage show setting or a paypal setting issue? any ideas?

    Error using PayPal Express
    PayPal API UserName, Password or Signature Undefined
