    Hello —
    I am trying to use the plugin, which I installed today. I believe that I have correctly directed the plugin to load posts tagged “news” on the site. I followed the directions, but when I set it up and run it, no images or posts display. Instead however, this error appears:

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘theme’ in /home/wp_ggxm3e/remi.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-latest-posts/inc/wp-fpn-front.inc.php on line 48
    No content has been found here, sorry 🙂

    I know that someone else on this forum had a similar problem, but no resolution was offered. I would appreciate any help you can offer!

    Can you please share your website page URL where you encounter this problem?
    Did you select a category of posts or pages with content inside?

    Can you share me some screenshot with the WP Latest post admin configuration + the menu “Configuration, tab “About”?

    I have had to remove the widget version that we were attempting to use, as the error message was popping up on all pages and our website is live. To show another aspect of the issue we are having, I have added the plug-in to a post on the page. Although the warning text disappears in this configuration, the problems continue.

    OK if I understand well: The news are loading properly when you add a news block in a post (using the editor button) but on the other hand, when it’s called as a widget, you got this warning and the news are not loaded properly.

    Am I correct?
