I have just imported your form and it was submitted successfully, see here. So that means there are some plugin scripts that are creating the conflict. You can try disabling other plugins individually to see if the issue is resolved. If not we will need to debug the problem on your site. For that, you can create a support ticket here.

So I turned off all the fluent-forms and then the (Feedback form) started submitting but when I turn the (Subscription form) on it produced this error:

and soon as I re-typed some text in the (Feedback form), it submitted :/
Turnstile verification that is used on the (Subscription form) which is blocking the other forms too.
I think this is the problem, if you turn on the option (Invisible Option) for the Global Settings and selected the 1 and 2 option in the Cloudflare.com: Turnstile Settings then it will cause issues because it’s hidden.
Enable: Invisible Option (Note: If you enable this then the field will be invisible but works in the background) – Fluent Form Settings.
