Hi, that is very strange. Did you also try to install the plugin by searching for the plugin in the admin dashboard, instead of uploading the zipped folder from your computer?

Hi, I have tried a lot of things yesterday after I left this message here.
The first try was to download the plugin while my site had the old version of wordpress. The installation came from the zipped folder. Everything went okay but when I clicked to activate the pluging the error message that something went wrong appeared.
Second try was after deleting the pluging and refreshing the plugin page, I clicked add new, and from the searching I located wp affiliate manager and click instal. The installation went okay again but activation sent me again to the error message.
Third try was to try and use the last version of the plugin and then activate it. The message was there again.
The plugin’s support believes that if the pluging downloads fine then the issue is with the activation.
Hi, just a question. Does this happen with any other plugin you try to install in your site?
Can you try the following. Go to Tools -> Site Health and check your sites status.
Another step you can take is, disable all your plugins and then try again to activate our plugin.

Hi, unfortunately the problem still exist even when other plugins has been disabled.
Also, my site’s status says that it is good.
What the error message means when it says that “the link you followed has expired?”

I did it! I think I solved the problem.
Went back to my web host page, search the instalaton page for the affiliate manager and I activate it from there.
Right now I see it on my dashboard. Don’t know if it works properly tho but I will talk with its support if need it.
