Error when activating the premium

    when activating the premium plugin, i’m getting this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpda_uninstall() (previously declared in /home/ …….. /wp-content/plugins/wp-data-access/wp-data-access.php:239) in /home/ …….. /wp-content/plugins/wp-data-access-premium/wp-data-access.php on line 240

    What can it be?
