Error when adding group as a field

Hi,
If I add the group as a field on tickets, it gives me an error.
I have that group created on Fresh Desk.

it is simple
First Copy group value
———————
add a temporary select field
then click “Enable FreshDesk mapping”
select account and object “Ticket”
select “Group” radio
then map this value in feed like this https://www.screencast.com/t/Z4l7f67ApjPC
