Error when adding new users

    I use the reCAPTCHA on WP Multisite and everytime I add a new user I get the following error message:

    Warning: Attempt to modify property of non-object in /www/htdocs/…/…/wp-mu/wp-admin/user-new.php on line 111

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /www/htdocs/…/…/wp-mu/wp-admin/user-new.php:111) in /www/htdocs/…/…/wp-mu/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881

    The user is registered anyway but the error messages are quite annoying.
    Any help would be appriciated!
