error when adding to cart

Hello!

I am having problems adding my products to the cart.

On my individual product page the options that I have configured from the plugin appear but when adding to cart, the page refreshes with an empty cart.

You will not be able to see it correctly because the WooCommerce is not yet active so the store is not published. If you give me a link or something private, I can attach the access keys to the wordpress so you can manage it from inside.

Thanks for example. In this case, I suggest you disable the AJAX add to cart feature of your current theme and then check if the issue is solved.

Hello,

Can you tell me where is located the button to disable ajax. Currently, I have an ajax option disabled which you can see in the attached screenshot but I think it is not the correct one.

Hi there,

The option you mentioned in the screenshot is related to the filters in the archive page.

To solve the issue in the product page, I suggest you check the options related to WooCommerce in the settings of your current theme and disable any option related to AJAX Add to cart feature.
