Error When Admin Views Front End

When admin views the front end “Downloads” page, the following error is shown:
WordPress database error Unknown column ‘undefined’ in ‘where clause’ for query SELECT * FROM wp_sp_cu_project where id = undefined made by spdm_ajax->file_list
I don’t know what any of that means.
