Hi,
I installed the Woo Commerce plugin several weeks back before I established my SSL. I updated my site certificates yesterday with the assistance of my host company and then attempted to complete my woo commerce setup. I reach step 4 of 7, stating “it’s time to get paid” which requires me to log in to approve the account and receive the below message and error. I uninstalled the plugin and re-installed it by continuing to get the same error.

WordPress.com was unable to reach your site and approve the connection. Try again by clicking the button above; if that doesn’t work you may need to contact support.

Error Details
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

The error you have is related to the SSL certificate; it appears that the SSL certificate of the site you’re trying to get the data from could not be verified.
