Error when attempting back up when using backWPup plugin

    Hi,

    when attempting manual and scheduled backups (run now) I get the following message.

    The HTTP response test get a error “couldn’t connect to host”The HTTP response test get a false http status ()

    Have checked with host and they cannot help.

    Backing up to my dropbox.

    Any suggestions please. Sorry, I have no PHP experience.
