wow amazing customer service, I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for an answer yet other people are getting answers after a day.
guess I will just delete this plugin then and find a different one.

I am extremely sorry! WordPress is suppose to send me an email notification every time someone posts a support request to one of my plugns.. but I didn’t get one until your second post. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I am so sorry you had to wait this long.
In regards to your problem – this is not an error with the plugin, your PayPal account does not seem to be configured for digital good. The only thing you can do to fix try turning off and back on again API access. If that does not work then you need to email PayPal.
