    Hi,

if a customer wants to log in via Facebook and clicks Cancel or Not now when asked for permission, the following error message appears…
“Oops, we ran into a problem! The provider returned an error: access_denied Permissions error”. The browser address bar says “wp-json/wslu-social-login/type/facebook?error=access_denied&error_code=200&error_description=Permissions+error&error_reason=user_denied&state=”…
As a result, the customer cannot complete his order. The plugin is updated to the current version.

    Thanks in advance!

The error message I mean occurs when facebook links back to my store/webshop, meaning the error/crash happens back on my website (see screenshot: imgur ).
The problem would be that the website can’t really handle the response and crashes I think.
I only noticed the error because Facebook themselves contacted me about my webshop not meeting the quality requirements because of this problem and them announcing they would give me a deadline until March 29th to resolve these issues.

Thanks again for the support and your answer in advance!

    Hey @hektorpia ,

I have checked the login with Facebook feature in my development environment and all the login features like in Woocommerce pages are working fine. May be there is some issue on the website you are using. Please try on a different website and hopefully there will be no issue at all.

    Regards,
    Benjir
