Error when commenting a topic

    Hi there,

    when commenting a discussion topic I receive a blank page and this error notice:
    Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /www/htdocs/.../wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1025

    I am using a Twenty Sixteen Child Theme with WP 4.2.2
