Error when deleting a post

Hello. I am a newbie, so if this is a common question, please refer me to the appropriate place. I have successfully installed and am using WP 1.0. It has been great thus far.
However, one problem I am having. When I try and delete a post, I get the error message below. [The post does get deleted, but I’m wondering what the error is].
Also, my default category (called “unfiled”) post count says “1” but when I select that category, there are no posts. So, I’m wondering if the delete possibly didn’t complete?
