You can try enable debug logging and post the PHP error log here in the Forum.
Post also a copy of your UM Settings -> Install Info

[29-Jul-2022 13:01:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Classes\Mail_Integration_365\Mail::send(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition "TheNetworg\OAuth2\Client\Token\AccessToken" of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide an autoloader to load the class definition in /home/dickyuh308/domains/organisatielotus.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mail-integration-365/classes/mail_integration_365/mail.php on line 151
So I deactivated the Mail integration plugin and no error anymore in UM. So strange.
What can I do with the other plugin?
@designmasters
Did the web hosting update your client to PHP version 8.0 or 8.1 recently?
You can see the PHP version number in UM Settings -> Install Info.
You should post the PHP error log in the Plugin support forum and ask for an update.

I found the solution for you here:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/critical-error-server-error-500-since-updating-to-1-8-5/
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mail-integration-365/
!!IMPORTANT NOTICE!!: As of version 1.8.3, users will need to re-authenticate the plugin with their Office 365 account due to changes with how the refresh token is stored in the database.

Thank you very much for helping me. I Will look into it and mail my client to tell her to do the above.
