error when deleting users & password reset

Goodday,
Since 2/3 months I’m having problems with Ultimate member, my client aswell.
I made a website for an organisation. They have quit a lot of users and members.
Now we can’t delete users anymore and also the password reset doesn’t work.
When I say delete user I will receive the warning that the website is no longer accessible and: A critical error has occurred on this site. Check your site administrator email inbox for instructions.
All plugins and WordPress are up-to-date.
I hope you will have a solution for me.

You can try enable debug logging and post the PHP error log here in the Forum.
Post also a copy of your UM Settings -> Install Info

So I deactivated the Mail integration plugin and no error anymore in UM. So strange.
What can I do with the other plugin?

Did the web hosting update your client to PHP version 8.0 or 8.1 recently?
You can see the PHP version number in UM Settings -> Install Info.

You should post the PHP error log in the Plugin support forum and ask for an update.
