Error when downloading Pro version plug-in

Hello,

We signed up for the Pro version of the PW Gift Card plug-in in April of 2019, successfully installed it at that time but then deactivated and deleted the plug-in for a while.

Now, when attempting to use the same download link for the zip file (from the email we were sent with our Pro License and download link in 2019), I get the following error message:

“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. The problem was due to the following reason:

Error! The product ID value is not numeric. WP eStore’s product ID must be a numeric value. Please contact site admin.”

Please help. We did not get this error message when downloading the file in 2019.
