The issue on your site seems to be related to the cache saving. The error log stated that the caches were missing so when going back, all the previously loaded data will need to be reloaded.

I tried without Caching Plugin enabled. Same result and not working, how did you deactivate “Cache saving”?
Just checked on other sites with standard theme, no caching etc. and same result as in my video!

It depends on the plugin or where your site keeps caches. I am not a technical support agent so I cannot guide you further.
You might want to troubleshoot this one following the steps below:
- Deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and our WPC plugins.
- Check the functionality to see if it’s working or not. Reactivate other plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.
- Change to our WPCstore theme or any other WooCommerce specialized theme to check. Not every theme is optimized for WooCommerce from our developers’ persective, for example, the 2025 theme.

Ok, I have an empty site, not special caching or anything activated with storefront-Theme which I would call WooCommerce friendly.
