Error when i activate the plugin

I am using version 2.2.23 of the plugin. Every time I activate the plugin this message appears in my admin panel:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/patio147/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/otgs/installer/includes/class-wp-installer.php on line 2212

I tested with other versions of the plugin and the same error happens.
