    Delete the following from the /simplemodal-login.php file

    /**
		 * PHP 4 Compatible Constructor
		 */
		function SimpleModalLogin() {$this->__construct();}

    It’s an old PHP 4 style constructor — WordPress no longer even supports PHP 4 so just get rid of it.
