    I am having an issue when using this plugin. So far when I add the API key it says it is correct and I can then select which list in Mailchimp I want to add them to. I then go through and configure everything else and after I click save changes I get an error that says:

    Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings

    I am not sure what could be causing the issue, because my setting appear to correct, so not sure how to go about resolving this issue?

    PHP version: 5.6.32
    Plugin version: 2.1.10
    Woocommerce version: 3.3.5

    I am also having this same issue and tried contacting via your website but didn’t get a response. Checked on MailChimp side and it appears to be working correctly but still get the above error. Please advise.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    @jdembowksi,

    Thanks for the heads up. Wasn’t aware of that.

    We won’t ask for that again. We understand the concern.

    Signature dropped as well.
