Error when redirecting back to other post

    Hi author, Thanks for the plugin..

    When am using the plugin i have encountered with these error. Can u please rectify it and solve..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in D:\xampp\htdocs\test\wp-content\plugins\insert-php\insert_php.php(48) : eval()’d code on line 1

    my insert php code to redirect a page to other page :-

    [insert_php]<?php if(!isset($_GET[‘redirected_back’])) { echo do_shortcode(‘[redirect url=’http://localhost/test/&#8217; sec=’5′]’); }[/insert_php]
