Error when restoring SQL DataBase

I recently changed domains and in the process I’ve re-installed 4 WP blogs, all of which I backed up the databases for. Now I can’t restore the databases to save my life. I know how to use phpmyadmin, how to create mysql databases, etc. I’ve never had a problem restoring databases before, but now I get this error:

For some strange reason, the only thing it restored, were the spam comments, which I now can’t delete no matter what. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
