Error when sending mass emails

    Hello,
    In order to send group emails, I know that there is an option in the groups section, and when I have gone to perform the tests this option does not work.
    The error text is as follows:
    ” Error: Email(s) not sent. Please try again or check with your hosting provider.
    wp_mail() returned 0. ”

    How can it be solved ? What is the cause of the error ?
