Error when starting chat by mobile

    Hello,
    When I try to start a chat by mobile with “Continue as…” button, nothing appears.
    In the browser’s console I get this on every click:

    Failed to launch ‘intent://user/1722982044652004/?intent_trigger=mme&nav=discover&source=customer_chat_plugin&source_id=1507329&metadata=%7B%22referer_uri%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fsyriacollection.it%5C%2Ff2cda8b518f9d68%22%7D&hashed_id=AUiYZhFd97ctwtKVdxu2MjjCS3LbEheqUp4cYYSxkBzJWciPgFe4W3rVHb0wFJKKLv_BMPv_O1SrLV4rfrubWhDqYyU#Intent;scheme=fb-messenger;package=com.facebook.orca;end’ because the scheme does not have a registered handler.

    while by triyng as guest or by desktop, everything works fine.

    What could be the problem?

    Hi, thanks for your availability.

    I have to correct myself due to the error code which I got, I got it on mobile view by desktop browser’s tool, maybe it was a false error due because the plugin tryes to open the mobile app, or not?

    Anyway, at the moment, I tryed on mobile apps and I noticed the problem is just on Mozilla Firefox app for Android (updated at the latest version available). I tested on Chrome, Edge and Android internal browser and works fine there.
