Error when sumbitting ticket from frontend

    I’m attempting to install and test this plugin and right now I’m stuck trying to submit a ticket as a user. When I submit from the frontend I get a 502 error, the logs show denied permission accessing an .htaccess file but there is still a ticket created and viewable on the front and back ends. The specific error is below:

    PHP Warning: fopen(/nas/content/live/[redacted]/wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/ticket_39/.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /nas/content/live/[redacted]/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/includes/file-uploader/class-file-uploader.php on line 391, referer: http://[redacted].com/submit-ticket/

    Hi:

    It looks like your webserver permissions might be set to deny access to any file named .htaccess. You’ll need to contact your server admin to see if they can set the permissions to allow access to all the files in the uploads/awesome-support folder.
