Error When Trying to Activate

    Hi,

    I installed Ultimate Member through the WordPress Plugins interface on my website. When I try to activate it I get the following error and it doesn’t activate:

    Fatal error: Class ‘Redux_Helpers’ not found in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-redux.php on line 19

    I have tried to re-install several times but to no avail. Could you please shed some light on the issue if possible?

    Hi,

    Can you try installing UM with other plugins deactivated and theme set to WP15 theme. Most likely a conflict with something on your site.
