Error when trying to order a ticket

    Hello.

    After updating to WordPress 6.4.1 customers started to complain about ticket ordering. Where throws error:

    Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘post’)

    We updated Betheme theme, also tried to revert WordPress version to previous 6.4 but issue still here.

    Can someone help please?

    I’m sorry to hear about the ticket ordering issue after updating to WordPress 6.4.1 with the Betheme theme. To address this:


    Ensure Betheme and plugins are compatible with WordPress 6.4.1. Update them to the latest versions.

    Examine server error logs for details on the “Cannot read properties” error.

    Temporarily deactivate non-essential plugins and switch to a default theme. Gradually reactivate to identify conflicts.

    Reach out to Betheme and plugin support, providing details on the issue and error message.

    Just tried to order a ticked and checked error logs in server. Does this error can help us to understand the issue reason?

    You are obviously using the Event Tickets plugin. If I see their support forum, there seems to be a problem with this plugin with WordPress 6.4.1. I would recommend you to contact them as well: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/event-tickets/
