Error when updating reviews

Hi,
we are using the free version. I have tried updating our reviews by clicking the save settings and download button.
The error says the link is not existing: Unable to retrieve TripAdvisor reviews for that URL. Try going to the TripAdvisor URL in a browser, click on the title of your first review, then copy that URL and use it in the plugin.
this is the link saved and used before….

It seems to be working for me fine with this URL.
Can you try it again? If it still doesn’t work then TripAdvisor may be blocking your IP.
