Error when uploading CSV

    Hi
    When I try uploading a CSV I get the following error:

    Problem uploading file to import’Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.’

    Is there a reason and solution for why this may be?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for using Import Users from CSV.

    Please can you use Google Sheets and download it as a .CSV file and please try to import again.

    Please let me know if this helps.

    Hey
    I was able to figure out the problem. For some reason, I had add CSV as an acceptable MIME type to import. It had been working previously and then stopped. I used a plugin to add the MIME type and it imports now.
