Error when XML declaration exists on page (SVG)

    It looks like when Cache Enabler is active, not sure if the minification of HTML makes a difference, we had it on, there is a PHP error when SVG is inline on the page (<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>):

    PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected identifier "version" in /home/user/apps/site/wp-content/cache/cache-enabler/domain.com/https-index.html on line 490
