Error while activating

    hi
    I get this error while activating the plugin.
    i have set ini_set(“memory_limit”,”24M”) but still no change. can u help
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 52428800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/www/domain.com/wp-content/plugins/videogall/admin/videogall-options.php on line 352
