    Hello,

I have installed the plugin though I can’t activate addons and the plugin crashes my website (after installation and after attempts to activate addons). While I’m trying to activate any addon, it returns no result but “Error fetching add-ons: Failed to execute ‘json’ on ‘Response’: Unexpected end of JSON input” message. What could be the problem?

    Kind regards, Kazimierz

I have updated both plugins, removed older addons, but problem still exists. Now my site is down (white screen (both frontend and dashboard), no access to wp-admin) immediately after activating toolkit plugin. I have everything else updated (including wordpress).

    Kind regards,

    Kazimierz

I got the same error when trying to activate a plugin within Toolkit. I still had other separate plugins activated, and there was no documentation on which order to do things. I’m using BP Group Leaderboards, Credly and BuddyPress Compliments plugins. I assumed that activating a sub-plugin of Toolkit it would also deactivate the corresponding separate plugin. Then I deleted the Toolkit plugin, deactivated the separate plugins, re-installed Toolkit and activated it again. The white page error appeared again. Looks like I can’t migrate to the new plugin before this is fixed. I would suggest adding a guide on how to migrate from previous plugins to the new one, or better yet, keep the plugins separated, like they were.

    Hello @c2162

Did you manage to fix the problem with the Toolkit in your website? Unfortunately I’m not able to receive any substantial help from the plugin developers, and I can’t find solution on my own. Maybe you managed to fix it and you have some advices regarding it? I use MemberPress and with this plugin deactivated the Toolkit (still doesn’t work though at least doesn’t crash my site when I’m activating it.

    Kind regards, Kazimierz

@kazimierz87 I wasn’t able to fix the problem. I tried the latest version (1.1.4.) by first deactivating the plugins that were moved inside the Toolkit plugin, and got a white screen after activating Toolkit.
