Error while adding episode to tv show

Hello,
I have problem with adding episodes to season. I mean when I create episode and save it nothing happen but when I add it to tv_show I have error on top of site “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected” and my site gets error 500. I know this does not indicate a problem with the plugin, but I have no idea what else can the problem.
