I’m having the same error after updating my site to WP 5.2. “Error while attempting to convert file: n is undefined” when trying to import a .docx file.
Do you have any other plugins installed? Do you get the same issue if you uninstall all other plugins and use the default theme?
The console in the developer tools may be able to provide a more informative error. Could you open the developer tools (normally F12), open the console, try uploading a document to produce the error, and copy and paste any messages that the console shows?
I’ve just released 1.14.0. Could you give it a go and see if it resolves the issue? If not, answers to the above questions would still be useful.
I updated to 1.14.0. and the plugin works perfectly now. Thanks so much for the speedy fix!

This looks like a separate issue to me, so I’d suggest opening a separate topic. Since the file seems to be in an unexpected format, a minimal example document would also be useful.
