    I recently purchased the Pro version of Tidio Chat and it was working great for a day. Now I can’t access the control panel. Anytime I attempt to connect it gives me an error message of “error while authorization, please try again”.
    Also, when I try to use the desktop app on Windows it doesn’t show any site activity.

    The site is (still doing testing).
