When you get the “Error while calling OpenAI”, it’s coming from OpenAI. Yeah, their servers are overloaded from time to time, they victim of their success. I have been lucky, but I have never seen that exact message.
Actually, I feel like they might be doing this depending on the country as well (not only the current worldwide status of their servers). I live in Japan, and actually, not so many people are using ChatGPT. When they do use it, they are actually kind of slow, thinking carefully about every request. I am not Japanese, I am quite fast, try a lot of possibilities compared to them, and I know I might be annoying ChatGPT more than them 😉 So I feel like, depending on the country and the culture, our way to use ChatGPT might be very different.
I am actually very curious to know if I am right about this.

I am in China. Maybe you don’t know how your plug great~ It is difficult for Chinese use chatgpt, your plug help many Chinese! If we have chance, i want discuss more about cooperate on business. The bigest market and most need your plug, is Chinese~~
And I use VPN change my ip, it also has “Error while calling OpenAI” problem
I have buy your pro version for serval site, And I find that the version 0.982 more easy have this problem, my other site not update don’t have this problem so far. Of course, I need make more test.
