Error while calling OpenAI

    Hi Jordy,

    I’ve got this error while trying to create content.

    “Error while calling OpenAI: stream_socket_client(): SSL: Connection reset by peer stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://api.openai.com:443”

    I’m not sure whether it is because our server, the plugin or because of the OpenAI itself. Any clue?

    Hi @galih2505,

    That’s not because of the plugin, and probably not because of OpenAI. The issue seems more linked to the fact your hosting service, or more specifically, your domain, might have an issue related to SSL. Could be bad certificates, for example.

    I am just giving pointers, as I never had the issue myself, and never had any other users running into it. But it’s basically an issue that you would have right now with any process involving a SSL connection between your WordPress and a remote server.

    If you are out of ideas, you can ask your hosting service, they might have some 🙂

    Hi Guys, I just downladed the new update and it sent my site into critical error, in recovery mode the plugin showed this error
